Itinerary description
Circular trail, following marked bike trail.
Starting point is Čukarica, moving through Belgrade Waterfront (under heavy construction at the time).
From BW, continuing to Kalemegdan castle, then circling back to Branko's bridge (Brankov most) where an elevator will take you to the bridge proper.
Crossing the bridge, towards Zemun, than back and through New Belgrade towards the ferry terminal on Sava (so called "blue" and "yellow" ferries; ticket price per person is around 0.85 EUR).
The ferry will take you and the bike to the other river bank, and the Ada Ciganlija lake, from which there's only a short ride back to the dating point.
Note: terrain is mostly flat, very easy. However, New Belgrade bike ride is stop-motion due to heavy traffic, walkers and many car crossings.
