Itinerary description
Started at Chain Lake Drive next to the 5k Cafe. Biked down to the start of the trail on Joseph Howe Drive and then back to starting point again.
From there followed the trails all the way to the Bike and Bean Cafe and then return via the same route.
Chain Lake Trail is paved, BLT Trail is gravel which in places has some puddles and rough spots. St. Margaret's trail is more hard packed than the BLT trail so I found it easier going.
Note that the grade overall is more downhill on the way there so your trip back will be a little more strenuous. But as with any rail trail the grades are very gradual.
