Itinerary description
Nice chilly morning ride, started getting a bit icy as such slippery.
Nice climbing exercise for anyone who would like to work on endurance and strengthen stamina in climbing on a road bike.
Make sure you have both head and rear lamps, although traffic isn’t intense early in the morning, yet safety comes first.
Need to ride to Big Almaty lake once it will get a bit warmer.
Watch out on the way back once passed the last traffic light prior to the eco post. There is a huge pothole, something like 1.5-2 fr wide, and the same depth. Nasty stuff to roll into. Not sure why they haven’t repaired or at least covered it yet. Probably because it’s not a major issue for cars and drivers may be aware of this pothole.
