Itinerary description
I hereby decide to share with the biking community my most intimate secret, namely my road-training route(s). They are based upon the famous "Äischdall" route, a road that leads through the romantic "Valley of the 7 castles". The route follows the river Eisch, from... Eischen to Mersch. The return route follows the Alzette river valley (Lintgen, Steinsel), partly on an offcial existing bike track (no. 15, which, btw, you could also follow entirely, if you wanted to avoid motor traffic).
The beginning links Luxbg-city to Eischen via official cycling tracks no. 13 then 12.
The trick with this training track(s) is that I include more and more climbs. This version "0" features no climb at all, is therefore (almost) flat.
Enjoy - runs clockwise. Start is at Parking des Glacis (Luxbg.-Kirchberg).

Superbe parcours !
Les 20 premiers kilomètres se passent en majorité via les pistes cyclables afin de nous faire quitter intelligemment le centre en toute sécurité et en évitant le trafic pour ensuite nous faire passer pas de superbes routes avec de beaux paysages et peu de voitures. Parfait en "after work" pour voir le Lux autrement.
