Itinerary description
Trip by the Achaean coast, from Ag Vassileios to Kalogria and back.
The route is 100% on asphalt and is alomost completely flat (very few and short climbs). The major issue is wind, specially in area of Kalogria/Araxos/Lapas around Strofilia lake. Very nice views to the gulf of Patras to the north and Panachaiko and Erymanthos mountains to the south.
On return, I took the local train from Patras to AgVassileios (last 13km of the route) as I ran out of time :-/
Level moderate for the distance and windy conditions.
The traffic is not a big problem out of the season, after Kato Achaia very very few cars.
