Itinerary description
Done in 2h 44 min (13km/h), skating style
Of mention only that the 4 km skating track "Nollen" is not that complicated at all with good quality snow (it says "nur für geübte" - i.e. only for experienced skiers). I re-emphasise with fresh soft snow.
If conditions are icy then it's tricky because you have a few hairpin tight turns with some steepness and the sides of the skis may not grip enough. It's only a 200 metre stretch out of the whole 4km.
To note, the Garmin suggested 490 metres of ascent and 490 metres of descent. (Wikiloc which aims to place the gps points at ground level but lacks the finesse of less than 10 metre changes, suggests nearly 300 metres). It's not a flat track. The flatter section is the middle one.
