The Kruger National Park is the most important animal reserve in South Africa, with 18,989 km², extending 350 km from north to south and 60 km from east to west.
Tour we do from the Base Camp of Olifants to Satara, through several tracks and sighting points.
Kruger Park is an impressive wildlife refuge that houses an incredible diversity of large animals. Perhaps the best known are the famous "Big 5" or "Big 5" thus classified by the hunters of yesteryear because they are the five most difficult African animals to kill ... which without an accurate shot could certainly endanger the life of the hunter . They are the African Elephant, the lion, the leopard, the rhinoceros and the buffalo, all of them inhabitants of the Great Kruger.
The Kruger National Park is a malaria risk zone, so visitors are advised to perform prophylactic treatment against this disease. While some areas are more prone, it is always advisable to consult a doctor.
