Itinerary description
Car trip to Nafpaktia (trail is drawn by hand in wikiloc).
0,0km - Antirio. Start from the docks in Antirio in direction to Nafpaktos and later with ring road to national road Nafpaktos-Thermos.
22,4km - Chani Bania. Small village by the Evinos river, with lots of rafting clubs and canoe slalom track.
33,8km - Analipsi. Great views to Trichonida lake.
38,0km - Springs of Kefalovrysi. Very nice rest area with springs, some benches and tables by the small mountain river.
42,4km - Poros bridge. Another brigde over Evinos river. Starting point of rafting from Chani Bania.
47,5km - Loutra Stachtis.
63,0km - national road Nafpaktos-Platanos.
85,6km - Bridge over Mornos river.
96,5km - Nafpaktos and lunch by the sea :-D
108,0km - back in Antirio for a ferry back to Patras.
It's my first "car" trail here so I really dont know how to mark the level of difficulty? It's just driving a car, so I put easy. There are no tricky sections, everything is on asphalt roads. Great areas around Evinos river in Chani Bania and Poros. The river at this time of the year has lots of crystal clear water! Great views from higher parts of the route in pretty much all directions.
