It is decorated with enlarged models of archaeological artifacts found on the whole territory of Georgia. For example, the famous bronze sculpture “Tamada”, which dates back to the 7th century BC. In the Georgian language, “Tamada” means a leader of the “supra” feast table who proposes toasts. The main figure of the fountain represents a woman’s temple jewellery _ magnificent model of antic time goldsmithery.

აჯამეთის ნაკრძალი - Ajameti Managed Reserve

For English scroll down ნაკრძალი დაარსდა 1935 წელს. აჯამეთი სახელმწიფო ნაკრძალის სახით 1946 წელს ჩამოყალიბდა და მისი შექმნის მიზანი იშვიათი რელიქტების - იმერეთის მუხისა და ძელქვის შენარჩუნება იყო. აჯამეთის განთქმული მუხნარი ძალიან ძველია. ზოგიერთი ხის ასაკი 250 წელზე მეტს ითვლის. / The managed reserve was founded in 1936. Ajameti was formed as a strict nature reserve in 1946 to preserve rare and relict Imeretian Oak and Zelkova trees. The famous oaks of Ajameti are ancient natural treasures, with some of the trees being over 250 years old.

For English scroll down სასახლე 1860 წელს იქნა აგებული და ის ეკუთვნოდა დასავლეთ საქართველოში ყველაზე მსხვილ მიწათმფლობელებსა და ცნობილ ვაჭრებს ანანოვებს. / The palace was built in 1860 and it belonged to the family of Ananovs the largest landowners and well-known merchants in western Georgia.
