OBSERVATIONS
-Departure from Dover to go to Canterbury. We will visit the cathedral, the most important within the Anglican faith in the world. The 'Harry Bell Tower' center dates back to 1498, and the crypt to the 11th century. It is here that the guide tells us the story of the gruesome assassination of Archbishop Thomas Beckett in 1170 and there will also be time to explore the narrow streets of Canterbury. After the visit, we will return to Dover passing by the famous white cliffs standing 400 meters above the
sea level. Brooding over the white cliffs is the sprawling
Dover Castle continues to watch over the city for 800 years.
