Casablanca it's a little village where you can discover the combination of the heritage of the zone with Chilean winemaking.
This Valley is situated between Santiago and Valparaiso and it is Chile’s fastest growing wine region. In this region you can find Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, but also for some stunning reds such as Pinot Noir, Merlot and Syrah.

Quintay Vineyards
This is a new vineyard, where a group of friends from Casablanca gathered together in 2005 to form Viña Quintay in order to produce the best sample of Sauvignon Blanc in the Casablanca Valley. Some years later they started producing: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah, all of extraordinary quality.

In the place is venerated an image that recalls the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary, celebrated with a great celebration on December 8 of each year, where thousands of people from all over the country flock for 2 days, mainly coming from Santiago and Region of Valparaiso.
