Itinerary description
This is the route you take when you buy a through-ticket from tour agencies in Bangkok. Up until the Thai/Cambodian border, we travelled in a minibus that was LPG powered, it seemed we stopped every hour or even less to re-fuel. At the border, you have to walk about a half a km or so with your luggage through customs and immigration, then we caught a bus to the main Poipet bus station, where we shared a taxi all the way to Siem Reap, the town from which you explore Angkor Wat. Used my Holux GPSport245 to record this trip.
