Independent proposal to promote hiking, mountaineering, tourism and different outdoor activities around the planet...

At the start of the day, we asked our Arab guide to take us to the Coptic quarter of old Cairo.
The Coptic quarter is in the old part of the city, crisscrossed by narrow streets, and in it you can find many churches where the Coptic rite is followed: The church of Santa Maria, from the 4th century, known as the Hanging Church (Al Muallaqa), is the oldest Christian temple in the city.
We wanted to visit the church of San Sergio, an ancient place where the holy family took refuge on their flight to Egypt due to Herod's executions of children under two years of age in the land of Jerusalem. When we arrived here I felt many emotions, how can I explain it, I am a believer and a faithful follower of the legacy of Jesus Christ, I feel very lucky and grateful to have been in this place, the rocks on the floor of the cave are still intact, where they lived for several months hiding from the henchmen of King Herod, then we went to the Muslim quarter and We got to know the alabaster mosque. The Mosque of Mehmet Ali Pasha, also known as the Alabaster Mosque (Arabic: مسجد محمد علي, Turkish: Mehmet Ali Paşa Camii) is a mosque located in the highest part of the Citadel of Cairo, in the capital of Egypt. It was built at the request of the Ottoman governor Mehmet Ali between the years 1830 and 1848. It was the largest mosque built in the first half of the 19th century and is also the most visible in the Egyptian capital due to its elevated location and the height of its minarets. When entering the interior, they are asked to remove their shoes or place a cover over themselves, it is a way of showing respect to the enclosure, a huge construction in an elevated part of the city. Then we go to the airport to continue our trip to Doha in Qatar.
Essential and considered route for the EBC-2023 Project
