Walking along the road for about 0.5 km, slightly down the slope until reaching coordinates (32.806185, -16.940860). There, turn right and follow the Assomadouros trail for about 3.2 km. After a gradual ascent along the valley, there is a steep climb between 700 and 1040 meters in altitude. When you reach an intersection with a road (32.79250, -16.94790), turn left (the one on the right is the one coming from the Miradouro da Boca das Voltas). After 300 meters (before reaching the summit of Assomadouros), descend diagonally to the beginning of the canyoning at 1005 meters (total of 4 km).
