WCRVBB-T17-TOUR OF DENMARK-STAGE 06-Blokhus-Hirtshals 68 km

This is the 6th stage of the Tour of Denmark that you can find clicking here.

STAGE DESCRIPTION
Short 6th stage. Starts from Blokhus through a very interesting sandy path inside the beach till Lokken. Then many kilometers in sandy paths through the houses in the dune till norre, where the roads and houses fall down from the cliff to the beach because of the erotion of the wind. A local road then leads to Rubjerg lighthouse, deserted because of the moving dune that has filled up of sand till the top. Some more sandy paths through beaches, dunes and cliffs leads to Hirsthals.

POINTS OF INTEREST
   - Beach from Blokhus to Lokken. The cars drive through the beach.
   - Falling roads, bunkers and houses falling from the cliffs in erotion.
   - Rubjerg lighthouse.
   - Londstrup Beach and Marup Church.

DESTINATION POINT
Hirtshals, in the Danhostel. The harbour to Norway, this is a very intersting city with some peatonal roads and a beautiful Lighthouse. Comercial center with many shops and restaurants.
