Itinerary description

The day begins with a very steep climb but the quality of the track is that it is not too difficult. On the other hand, there are still parts where you have to push.
It's very nice to be able to eat lunch in the town of Geeveston. The bakery is well stocked and next door there is an IGA express (supermarket).
The second part also includes climbs but it is less hard than in the morning. The campsite is magnificent: it borders the river, it's quiet, and there is grass to pitch the tent.

There are a few cars but it is generally very quiet. The sound of the river falls drowns out any noise from the neighbors. There is no water but only dry toilets.
