Today we visited the beautiful Buddhist temple of SWAYAMBHUNATH with its huge golden stupa that is reached by a long staircase accompanied by numerous monkeys, then we went to PATAN to visit the wonderful Durbar Square practically an open-air museum and the Mangal Bazaar.
We then returned to Thamel mixing with the kathmandu traffic.
