From here going north is unscouted. Most of the planning was done using reliable dirt roads; however, water availability is questionable for the next 60 miles.

If you are on heavily laden bikes, you might consider taking the roadway to meet the route. It is extremely pretty at the top though...

Unscouted track veers west here. this has potential to avoid pavement.

From here to Tissent is largely unscouted. Ask locals and proceed with caution. If you are in doubt, take the roadway.

Possible road block
There may be a military stop beyond the gap in the mountains here. This would require a much longer road ride and apparently the track to Tissint is great; hold tight as we inquire with Moroccan officials...
