Itinerary description
Rio de Janeiro loop, Starting in Tijuca, then climbing the mountain through the Tijuca Forest, Barra da Tijuca beach, The Joá Elevated cycle way, Av. Niemeyer (due to closed cycle way there) Leblon, Lagoon cycle way, Botafogo, Gloria, Centro, Estáçio, Praça da Bandeia and then back to Tijuca. It took me about 4 hours to do this, including some rest stops.
