Itinerary description
Facile percorso pianeggiante per raggiungere in bici la bella e turistica localitá di Zaanse Schans partendo dalla stazione centrale di Amsterdam. Viene utilizzato il sistema dei "knooppunt" (intersezioni).
Si parte dal knooppunt 5 situato sulla strada De Ruijterkade vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e si arriva dopo circa 16km al knooppunt 73 situato in prossimitá del ponte Julianabrug, a brevissima distanza dal parcheggio di Zaanse Schans. Per raggiungere Z.S. occorre attraversare il ponte, percorrere un breve tratto della strada Leeghwaterweg e poi sulla sinistra si trova il parcheggio per auto e bici.
Il ritorno si effettua sullo stesso percorso dell'andata.

Easy flat route to reach the beautiful Zaanse Schans by bike from Amsterdam Central Station. It is used the "knooppunt" system (intersections).
It starts from intersection 5 located on the De Ruijterkade road near the train station and after about 16km you'll arrive to the intersection 73 located near the Julianabrug bridge, a short distance from the Zaanse Schans car park. To reach Z.S. you have to cross the bridge, ride a short stretch of the Leeghwaterweg road and then you'll reach the car and bike parking on the left.
The return is made on the same route as the outward journey.
