Itinerary description
Cambodia. This route is longer and more difficult than the standard cycle routes between these cities of the Mekong in northeastern Cambodia. Route includes a shortcut on a narrow farm path (2 km) and 70 km of unsealed road in good to poor condition. Passes through many Cham Muslim villages before following the Mekong. One river crossing with bridge under construction (January 2012). Not recommended during rainy season until bridge is completed.
