Itinerary description
That's part of a route I followed to complete a whole trip from Kanchanaburi to Chiang Mai, although it is not the fastest, I considered deviating my route to visit Sukothai Historical park and avoid main roads as they are far more dangerous than secondary roads.
It is worth noting that the first 400km from Kanchanaburi city to Kampaeng Phet have been lost when recording them on my GPS device. However, the funniest part of the trip is the last 200km from Somwhere near Sukhothai to Chiang Mai going through the whole province of Lamphun.
I hope it is useful for anyone willing to explore the hidden side of Thailand. Enjoy!
