J08 out of 77 - Lonely Beach (Koh Chang) - Wat Takang (Ferry crossing included) - January 13, 2017
J08 of a route on 77 days of mountain bike on roads paths and tracks with departure and arrival in Bangkok (Lat Krabang) while passing by Cambodia and Laos.
Trail often hilly with some climbs to 20% on about one kilometer on Koh Chang.
Almost flat course on the continent. Be careful there is a return of approximately 5 kilometers at the end of the course (10 more kilometers to the course) to find accommodation. The total distance on the mainland is approximately 37 kilometers between the Laem Ngop pier and the accommodation at Wat Takang (1000 Baht for two adjoining rooms with terrace). The total bike ride on Koh Chang and the mainland would have been about 60 kilometers without exceeding the accommodation.
Night in a guest house.
