Itinerary description
A tour starting from home towards the Belgian coast in Koksijde, riding through 3 of the 5 Belgian provinces, namely Antwerp, East-Flanders and West-Flanders.
The southern half of the tour visits the Flemish Ardennes with famous hills from the Tour of Flanders like 'Muur', 'Kapelmuur', 'Bosberg'. In the southern part of the route, I followed the GR5a hiking route for a while, in order to ride off-road for a while.
The rest of the route is mostly along existing, dedicated cycling trails, often along canals.
There's a total of 2.300 altimeter to be climbed, almost all on the southern half.
