EV 1 - Atlantic Coast Route: North Cape - Sagres 8,186 km
EuroVelo, the European network of cycle routes, is a project of the European Federation of Cyclists whose objective is to develop a network of long-distance routes for cyclists that allows crossing Europe. The network is projected with a total of 66,000 kilometers of which 20,000 are already in operation. The routes are put into operation from existing routes or new construction designs favoring whenever possible the interconnection of the different routes.
