Slovenia route from 7 to 9 days, version of the original route of Joe Cruz from the web bikepacking.com (http://www.bikepacking.com/routes/bikepacking-slovenia/).
We started the route in Údine, and followed the original route by 95%.
The route runs mainly by tracks in good condition, local roads with little traffic and some section of path, including some portage by the alpine range. Crossing infinity of forests and parks of the west of Slovenia, vineyards, and happening through picturesque towns they make of this route an incredible way to know this formidable country.
We will visit in this route several of the most known points of the country:
-Vieñedos de Nova Gorica
-Prejama House
-Ljubljana
- National Park of Triglav
-Step of Vrsic
-Lago Bled.
-Monte Stol.
and much more!
