Recuerdo hace muchos años cuando ví por primera vez la película de Los Inmortales (Highlander), protagonizada por Christopher Lambert y por el escoces mas célebre, Sean Connery. En ese momento supe que tenía que visitar las Tierras Altas de Escocia, las Highlands. Una serie de cadenas montañosas con un verde tan cautivador que no podemos encontrar en ningún otro sitio, con fiordos que entran hasta las entrañas de la misma Escocia, y una cultura que no nos dejará indiferentes. ¿Quien no conoce las faldas escocesas o el sonido de sus gaitas?

I remember many years ago when I saw for the first time the film of The Immortals (Highlander), starring Christopher Lambert and the most famous Scotsman, Sean Connery. At that moment I knew I had to visit the Scottish Highlands, the Highlands. A series of mountain ranges with a green so captivating that we can not find anywhere else, with fjords that enter the bowels of Scotland itself, and a culture that will not leave us indifferent. Who does not know the kilts or the sound of their bagpipes?
