Voor ontbijt moesten we het doen met de koekjes en thee uit de magnetron van de theezakjes die we gisteren bij een souvenirwinkel hadden gekocht. In Guadelest gaat alles pas open als de toeristen komen, om 10 uur.
Afdalend naar Callosa kwamen we bij een heus motormuseum dat ook net open ging, daar moesten we natuurlijk even kijken.
Verderop in Callosa stopten we weer voor koffie en aanvullend ontbijt. Vanaf daar was het weer klimmen naar de Coll de Rates via mooie kronkelende weggetjes dorpjes, terrassenbouw en op enig moment een uitzicht tot zelfs Benidorm.
Vanaf de Coll de Rates daal je af met de bergen links en de kust rechts, prachtig. Even voor Pego is het nog even klimmen.
For breakfast we had the cookies and tea from the two teabags we bought yesterday at the souvenirshop. Shops in Guadelest only open at 10 o'clock, when the tourists start to arrive. Downhilling towards the town of Callosa we stumbled upon a motorcyclemuseum. Always a good reason for a stopover. And another one in Callosa for coffee and some more breakfast. From there we were going up to the Coll de Rates. Seen many winding roads and magnificent views even all the to Benidorm. From the Coll de Rates it's all the way downhill with the mountain range on your left and the coastal area on your right. Just before Pego there's another small climb.
