Itinerary description

Circular route through the woodland of Oranjewoud
The route starts in Heerenveen and the first stop after about 15 minutes is the beautiful museum "Belvedère", see waypoint with same name.
The route continues following small biking paths along the bike-nodes 78, 77 and 99. Just before arriving at node 99 we take a small path at the right (see waypoint "off-road path") which brings us to Katlijk. In Katlijk it's worth visiting the old Thomas church and the accompanying wooden bell tower (see waypoint with same name). The route goes back to Heerenveen along Oranjestein, Countryhouse "Oranjewoud" and the Overtuin; an English Landscape park (see waypoint "Overtuin").
