Itinerary description
İstanbul - Bozcaada tour, first lap.
I took the start from Beylikdüzü,with a steep downhill. You ride on the highway, on the emergency lane. Initially, riding next to trucks speeding at 90 km/hr was scary but you get used to it, as the lane is wide. Oil stations and restaurants are all along the way so I didn't worry about water or wc. I spent the night at Dallas Pansion, right after Marmara Ereğlisi. The Pansiyon has a terrace with a nice sea view. The hospitable pansion owner keeps the bike at a safe room. I cycled 5 hours 70 kms, including 1 hour stop in total.
