Along the Soča Valley.
From the station of Most na Soci there is a pleasant dirt road on the orographic left of the river Idria that leads to the village without taking the state road.
The route from Santa Lucia to Canale follows the left bank of the Isonzo, to avoid the state road on the other side, but the first kilometers are very steep. After Gorenji Log, the road becomes unpaved and then begins to descend increasingly steeply. When you are at the end of the descent, it becomes a mule track with large outcropping stones. I also struggled to push the bike on foot. It's 2km of hell.
Although the Adriabike website does not provide it, after this experience I think it is worth getting off the train not in Most na Soci, but in Auzza / Avče and from there start the cycle path.
