Itinerary description

We leave Arughat crossing the bridge and we go away on a dirt road that runs along the river and then climbs with very bumpy stretches to cross a hill and then descend to the second bridge, beyond which there is a bazaar with stalls selling fried fish, here the long ascent begins and between sand and stones you climb with difficulty, but a little further we find a recent good asphalt which makes the climb much easier and then descends quickly to Mandir where we refresh ourselves a little, then we leave again with a bit of traffic heavy towards the Prithvi hwy, in about 15 km the road alternates uphill stretches with fast descents and it is here that after 54 days and about 3000 km is the penultimate day of our fantastic journey from LHE 🏔️⛰️🏞️🏜️🌄a 🚵🚵 Kathmandu, the Ricicletta freewheel bodice lets us down We try a repair but nothing to do, we have 5km to Malekhu and the uphill sections we have to do on foot thankfully there is a lot of downhill and for fo rtuna has not happened before😅😅
