Over the river a few times, through the woods -the glorious shady woods with that wonderful pine scent with a feel good smell- then over the mountain a few times. My legs love the challenge; I had to walk up some of the longer inclines.
Bring at least 4 liters of water. The convenience stores are few and far between.
And keep track of the blue lines and blue signs.

Certification center
August 7 the certification center is closed wrapped in plastic I guess to stop the spread of the coronavirus. For the record I had to walk this incline but I still made it up here I had to walk most of the way.
