Itinerary description
Another really hot day. At one stage the GPS was telling me 44 Deg and that was before Lunch. I decided to call it quits at Woolooga and stay there but the pub is temporarily closed. I had to push on for another 30 something Km to Gundiah. I missed the turn and rode 4 km past it. Then had to ride the 4 km back and the final 3 km to the "Prince Alfred Hotel".
What a top pub. For $50 I have a New Cabin (with En-suite) out the back in the Camping ground. Here the owner is it, barman, receptionist bagboy and chief. The T-Bone was fantastic.
The Prince Alfred Hotel is a real " Diamond in the Rough".
