Itinerary description
Follows The old highway to Brooklyn Bridge then the freeway over the Mooney Mooney Bridge and on to Gosford. A lot of uphill peddling on a very hot day.
Crossing the Mooney Mooney Bridge is dangerous. You must move out into the centre of the left lane so that all vehicles (Trucks included must move to the second lane to pass. This stops drivers trying to squeeze through in the left lane. This is a very busy road, 50-70 vehicles per minute @ 14:00 on a Sunday.
