Itinerary description
Day 2 of North Palawan bikepacking trip using cyclocross bikes (one with trailer) with 32x10-42 gear. Wikiloc wayponts are limited to 25. If you need more waypoints just contact me.
First 25km along National Highway and then took an alternative offroad route through Caramay. This alternative route runs through coconut trees, beaches, rivers and hanging and bamboo bridges. Much nicer and funnier than the National Highway.
The alternative route ends at New Cuyo and just before the road heading to Port Barton. Road to Port Barton is paved only during the first half and the rest is unpaved and with a steep climb/downhill.
Many places to stay at Port Barton. Evergreen 500PHP.
For snorkelling tours just walk to the beach and book at one of the few places offering them for 600-700PHP for a whole day tour.
