Itinerary description

Day 10 of South Palawan bikepacking trip using a touring bike with 47mm tyres and 30Tx10-42 gear. Wikiloc limited to 25 waypoints, for more waypoints information just contact me.
Ride from Rizal to Quezon along west coast road. Road is unpaved except for 12-15km of concreted patches in the last third of the road to Quezon. There are many side routes and roads going towards the sea but didnt have time to explore because I wanted to visit Tabon Caves in the afternoon.
After checking in at Echague's Pension (200PHP) I went to the museum to register (free) to visit the caves. I thought the only way to go to the caves was by boat but I was told that I could cycle to a nearby beach and then walk 1km to the caves.
Road to the caves starts 3km SW of Quezon on the road to Rizal. After taking the turn, paved road 5-6km and then a nice singletrack for around 2.5km. There is a beach at the end with picnic shelters, a well, toilets and the guards house. From the beach is just 1km walk to the caves following the shore. After visiting the caves you can walk back through a trail in the forest that will bring you back to the beach.
