Itinerary description

Ruta realizada en esquis de travesia el 22-03-13 con el itinerio siguiente:
Xonceo (fuente-bevedero)– La Cuesta de Abeduriu – Covachos – Ortigales -Monrasiellu (1666 m) – Gamonal (1710m) – Toyu la Veguelina (depósito de aguas : charca artificial)- Castrupín – Ortigales – Covachos – Cuesta de Abeduriu - Xonceo.
La ruta seguida evita seguir la carretera asfaltada, aunque en malas condiciones de nieve o meteorologia se puede hacer tanto la subida como la bajada por la carretera del Angliru hasta Cobayos, pero despues de pasar la majada de Cobayos, hay una zona donde casi todos los años caen aludes y es preferible evitar despues de nevadas importantes, siendo mas seguro salirse de la carretera y subir por Ortigales y el Toyu la Veguelina (charca artificial).
