It is the highest peak in the Pyrenees mountain range, with its 2914 meters, it tells me that the mountain of Fuente Blanca, the Virhen mountain, can be reached at 900 meters from 2914 meters to 2000 meters - that is to be done in March and not in April.
We went up from the top parking lot of the Bansko station and we made the jetty to Bansko village 980: one of the top parking places will have to drive the car or we will go back again or again.
A spectacular mountain, very nice. The third highest mountain in the Balkans, Musala Мусала 2925m (Bulgaria Rila sierra) and Olimpos Όλυμπος 2919m (Greece).
The most interesting among the mountains that I have made is this, along with the Mount Polezhan.
