Itinerary description
Day 4 part 2 of a circular version of the Tour du Ciel, out of Zinal. In the Valais / Wallis, Switzerland.
From the Tracuit Hut up to the summit of the Bishorn, the one four-thousander of the trip. The following day 2 Swiss skiers fell into a crevasse on the way up - one to a depth of 25m, despite following a trail and being with a guide. A helicopter resuce was needed to get the deep one out. The glacier deserves respect.
