Itinerary description
This is a much nicer way to get from the Sorteny Refuge to the Sorteny/Rialb car park, better than just sliding back down the road. For a climb of a few hundred metres, you get a fun descent through trees and then the ever-exciting Rialb valley river run.
The trees are a little dense, you need to pick your way in a few places and traverse a little to find the open fields of snow, but it's not very difficult and it's fun!
