Itinerary description
I was actually following this trail but stayed over night at Perifita.

It's a very easy but pretty trail, the only thing to watch for is the entry into the valley above Pessons, it's via a steep (I guess 55-60 degree) canal that wasn't in the best of condition when I arrived in late March (see photo). It would have been better to enter to the North of Montmalus.
For that one section you need to be a reasonably confident skier, otherwise anyone can do it if they're fit.
