Itinerary description
Heli drop on Rainbow Mtn summit.
Skied the Rainbow Glacier on the north face down to tree line.
Then skinned up to ski another line on this same aspect, now a little bit further east on a steeper face with great ski conditions and inclination.
Finally skinned back up using the same skin track, to ski the east part of drainage. Also skiing on glacier half way down to Iceberg lake.
Then following the marks or path of summer trail down to Alpine in Whistler.
Note: Mandatory glacier travel equipment, knowledge and techniques, plus good decision making on this kind of terrain.
