Itinerary description
A tour from the Ransol valley parking, up the normal winter route towards Pic de la Serrera, then climbing up the obvious canal in middle of the SE face (axe and boot crampons likely needed). This brings you out close to the summit. Magnificent views from the top. Skiing back down the canal - narrow and steep. Then a climb up to Pic de la Coma de Senyac, traversing the summit, and skiing down the SSW face and back to the parking.

Hi,
I did Serrera a couple of years ago but I didn't see this chute.
Is this coming back into Ransol down to where to lake would be in summer from the peak?
Was there actually enough room to turn, it looks very tight.

Hi Mark - email me or look me up on Facebook (Cathy O'Dowd) and I'll send you a photo with the colouir drawn in. You can see it in the first photo of the set of six with this track. It's on the Ransol valley face of Serrera. It was very icy, so none of us were too keen to turn.
