Departure from the Lake Louise parking lot, last parking lot at the top left, climb about 3Km in the pine trees, then we go down a little to go up in a steeply sloping gully (we carried our skis) at the pass it descends steeply on the other side, we quickly see the lake, we crossed it on skis.
