Itinerary description

The last 6th of December I went to Gantrisch Natural park to ascent in the summit of Bürglen then the Schibenspitz and for the last, Birehubel. The weather and the snow conditions were fantastic. I arrived there by car.
The first part of the ascent, you have to go to south direction and when you arrived at the end of the valley, change to west direction and pass the Morgetepass. On there, you can choose if you want to go to the Bürglen or Schibenspitz. I decided to go first at the summit of Bürglen, do a first descent and then put again the skins and go to the summit of Schibenspitz. It is recommended to do it like this because the descent is more enjoyable rather than if you do it in the opposite order.
When I was more or less in 1800m, I decided to descent to the little lake, put again the skins and go to the summit of the Birehubel. It was the last descent and in some places there wasn’t enough snow.
To sum up, I think it is a good option to do a morning way out and you can enjoy a good views with a fantastic snow!
It is also an easy activity.
