Itinerary description

Last weekend we went to Gantrisch NaturePark to ascent the Gutstispitz. You can park the car inside the parking of the little ski resort. We started our trip going into the south-East direction, following a road. Just after the summer parking, we changed our direction and we went to East direction, doing a large flank until the little refuge (closed at this days).
To avoid a high slope through the middle of the forest, we have to flip it, so we changed our direction to north and then to south again. This part of the trip is in the middle of the forest, in my opinion, a wonderful path!
At the end of this path, we have a large slope to arrive at the summit of Gutstipitz.
To descent, the first slope is done like to ascent, but at the end, to enjoy the last part, it is recommend to continue until the ski resort. Then, you can choose if you want to pay to go by lift or put again your skins. We choose the put again the skins so we climb the next 200m next to the slopes.
It is a nice climb and more quiet and solitary than her neighbor (Bürglen).
I recommend it 100%!
