Itinerary description
30.03.2018
As it has been raining the day before up to 2200m, we decide to look for better snow condition at higher elevations. The avalanche risk seems to be strong, so we go the Tetnuldi ski resort and we earn elevation with the first chairlift to 2500m. The next and upper chairlift doesn't work and we can follow the ski run without crossing other skiers. We wear skis with skins and star the ascent into the fog. We hope that the clouds could open a littlke bit, but when we rach the top of the skilift, the situation is the same. The lift control room is open and we enter to have some rest and a better temperature. After a while, we start the descent. At the end of this ski turn, we turn right to an off-piste zone. We reach an other chairlift and we get the last turn to reach again the begging point of our skitouring. From here we ski down to the parking.
