Waypoints
Lomond sink hole
This is some spot! You can go down into hole. There is ropes to help you up and down it. Pictures don't do this place justice. Must see!
Mountain hut
Great place for break. If you need to get out of bad weather this is the place. There is a wood stove inside.
Left turn
When coming down from sink hole you turn left here to get to cloudy pond.
Creak crossing
Small creak. Few big rock to get over before you cross but nothing serious. Steep grade when you cross creak but it good
Hill steep with wash outs.
Watch going down this hill. There are few washouts that you have to be careful with but it's not too serious.
Intersection
You go right to cloudy pond or you can go left across a small bridge to get to Deer Lake
Cloudy pond
Beautiful place. The owner of the lodge was nice enough to show us his place.
River crossing
DONT GO STRAIGHT ACROSS! it may not look bad, but it's deep in the middle with big rocks that can send you sideways if you are not careful! Look up to right you see rocks sticking up follow them to get across.
Intersection
Coming out from cloudy pond you can go left to Old Man's pond or Right to go back up to lomond sink hole.
Waypoint
Traveling towards Coxs cove you turn right here to get to Goose Arm. It's a steep Hill going down but nothing too serious.
Waypoint
Goose Arm. Beautiful place. This is salt water so I wouldn't recommend running you machine in it lol.
Gas station
Needs store and gas station. This is also where the pavement driving into corner brook will start
Quality inn hotel
Hotel Quality inn Hotel. Great view from the restaurant and burgers are awesome lol
Intersection
From cloudy pond you get to this intersection you can go left to HVR or Deer Lake or straight to Corner Brook.
Intersection to humber valley resort
Traveling from corner, Brook.to go to HVR you turn RIGHT here
Humber valley resort
This was a beautiful spot. We book through airbnb. It was massive with 5 bed rooms big eating area. The hosts Anton was great as well, look up this and his other chalets you won't regret it.
