Itinerary description

85 km with a great variety of trails. We started in Hilden and went to Greenfield, Salmon River, Twin Lakes, Camden, Gibbs Lake, Long Lake and back to the beginning. Only about 5 miles of backtracking at the end. A hell of a trip we did in 6 hours with a few stops to talk and to eat.

Hey just wondering about the private property signs at the entrance in Hilden , I went through today very slow to respect the signs there was a guy in his yard he didn’t seem to care .

That's a good question. I was going to ask them about that one day but I'm not sure why that's there. Most of what is up there is Crown Land. I will stop by sometime and ask them to be respectful. Thanks for reminding me.

I saw people walking in there when I went in and they spoke to me and were friendly. The didn't mention anything about private property. Please let me know how it goes when you ask them.

Pretty trail. Great scenic stops. A lot of mud and water. No issues getting through but there are a few iffy spots on the initial trail. Will definitely go again. About the private property sign on the way in, drive slowly by the farm and be respectful of the homeowner. Brought a lot of bottles out. Whatever you bring into the woods, bring out.
